1. Noceto Hills
|
 |
A low-medium difficulty journey between Salsomaggiore and Noceto hills. Leave Tabiano in direction Fidenza and then head for Noceto: the route
starts to lightly rise and it will remain hilly until the end of the journey. The 3 slopes to climb are shorter than 3 Km, with mean slope
between 4% and 9%. Interesting the Contignaco parish church (not much kilometres from the arrive) and agreeable the peacefulness of the places.

2. Duchy Castles
|
 |
A low difficulty journey through the castles of Parma duchy. The strongholds of Soragna, Fontanellato, San Secondo, the Chiaravalle abbey, the
castles of Roccabianca, Castelnuovo, Scipione make travel over a part of the rich history of Parma plain. The first part of the journey is quite
busy during working days, but the wide roadway facilitate the trip.

3. Castell'Arquato
|
 |
A journey among the hills of Piacenza district, meeting the towns of Castell'Arquato and Vernasca. Castell'Arquato deserves a visit in the
ancient medieval downtown, still inhabited and in perfect state. Not far from Castell'Arquato there is Lugagnano, where it's possible to climb
towards the Provincial Park of Piacenza, and visit characteristic towns like Velleia, an ancient Roman thermal resort.

4. 2000 meters behind home
|

A journey for climbing lovers. A lot of medium difficulty slopes in few kilometres. The journey offers very demanding short distances, but
also the possibility to shorten the trip. The peacefulness of the places and the almost complete absence of traffic suggest this excursion.

5. S. Vittore
|
 |
A low difficulty journey, ideal for novice bikers. The trip winds along Salsomaggiore and Tabiano hills on low-traffic and lightly hilly routes.
Soon after "Pieve di Cusignano" it's possible to reach the characteristic church of Mount Manolo (with a "true climbers" slope). Interesting the
Contignaco parish church (not much kilometres from the arrive) and agreeable the peacefulness of the places.

6. Ceno valley
|
 |
A classic of this area. Reached after Noceto the route that brings to Bardi, it's possible to flank the Taro river until Varano Melegari
(seat of the Paletti autodrome) and here start the slope to Montesalso, about 8 Km with medium difficulty. After descending to Pellegrino P.se
it's possible to carry on the route and visit the town of Vigoleno. The return trip is lightly hilly.

7. Verdi's lands
|
 |
A low difficulty journey among Verdi's land: Fontanellato, Soragna, Roncole and Busseto. The only difficulty of the trip is the slope from
Salsomaggiore to Tabiano, but it's avoidable coming back to Tabiano with Vaio route, near the homonymous hospital. Particularly interesting
the stronghold and the sanctuary of Fontanellato, the stronghold of Soragna and Busseto historical downtown. Through Roncole Verdi it's possible
to look at the native home of the famous musician.

8. Francigena route
|
 |
The journey climbs from Vernasco to Luneto, in the district of Bore, and returns to the destination through Pellegrino P.se. Part of this route,
once footpaths, was in the "Francigena" route, the Middle-Age itinerary from Canterbury to Rome. The trip includes a long but light slope, always
well aired also in the warmest periods. More difficult, but shorter, the slopes from Pellegrino to S. Antonio pass. Low traffic during all the journey.
